Tony Zhao, Esq.

Tony obtained his J.D. from Cornell Law School, and has practiced employment litigation (including advice and counsel) since 2016.   Prior to founding Emanate Law Group P.C., he worked as an attorney at Littler Mendelson P.C. and Jackson Lewis P.C., consistently ranked as the top two employment law firms in the country by Vault.

Tony has handled over 200 employment law cases, and managed all major types of employment litigation, sometimes from inception to trial. The parties involved range from hourly employees to C-Suite executives, and from mom-and-pop stores to Fortune-500 corporations.   

 

Tony is also an active volunteer and leader in his community.   He has provided pro bono services to Neighborhood Legal Services (El Monte, California), Americans for Immigrant Justice (Miami, Florida), and currently serves on the Board of Directors for All Peoples Community Center (Los Angeles, CA).

In his personal life, Tony immensely enjoys playing tennis, reading philosophy and novels, and chilling with his one-year-old Bichon named Mochi, who has effortlessly captured the hearts of everyone in Tony's household.
