Lin Zhan, Esq.

Lin Zhan obtained his J.D. from USC Gould School of Law and has over seven years of experience in labor and employment law. His practice encompasses both defense and plaintiff-side litigation, providing him with a comprehensive perspective on workplace disputes and legal strategies. Prior to founding Emanate Law Group P.C., he worked as an attorney at a top employment law firm.

 

 

Lin has litigated Fair Employment and Housing Act claims, including cases of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failureto accommodate, and wrongful termination. Additionally, he has extensive experience with California Labor Code claims, wage and hour claims, class actions, PAGA representative actions, and administrative claims.
